1. For the newly installed hydraulic motor system, the working oil should be changed once after 2-3 months of operation, and then every 1-2 years, depending on the specific use conditions and working environment.

2. The working medium used in the hydraulic system, according to the working speed, working pressure and working temperature options, use different brands of oil. In general, it is recommended to use No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil (or similar oil). In the of low pressure, you can use general mechanical oil; when the working speed is low and the oil temperature is high, you can choose a higher viscosity oil; when the speed is higher and the oil temperature is lower, you can choose a lower viscosity oil oil.

3. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the hydraulic motor housing should be below 80°C.

4. When the hydraulic motor is working as a pump, the main circuit of the hydraulic motor should have a return or supply pressure of 0.3-0.8Mpa, the maximum value when the speed is high, depending on the working conditions, so as not to knock The sound shall prevail. Do not inhale air in the hydraulic system, otherwise the hydraulic motor will run unbalanced, causing noise and vibration.
