A: Sample needs 3-4 days, mass production time needs 3-15 days depends on order quantity.

A: Normally the MOQ is 500pcs, if you need a lower quantity, pls let us know and we will do for you as well.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: By sea, by air and by express. Usually by sea will take 15-45 days to different countries, by air will take about 7-15 days, by express will take 3-9 days.

A: AI vector file is the best, other format such as PDF, PSD, EPS, JPEG are also workable, but please send high resolution version.
