Fabrication Capabilities
- Laser cutting: 6000W fiber laser, up to 12mm carbon steel and 8mm stainless steel, cutting tolerance +/-0.1mm
- CNC bending: 100T and 160T press brakes with 3200mm bending length, +/-0.2mm angle accuracy
- Welding: TIG, MIG and spot welding, full-penetration seams polished and pickled on request
- Machining: CNC milling and turning for bosses, bushings and threaded inserts
- Surface finish: brushed, mirror polish, bead blasting, powder coating, electropolishing and passivation

Q: Can you work from a sample?
Yes. Send a physical sample and we will reverse engineer the drawing for your approval.
Q: How do you protect parts during shipping?
Each part is wrapped in pearl wool, separated by bubble film and packed in a plywood case or reinforced carton.
