The Joful waste tire shredder machine is used as pre shredder for shredding whole tire (with/without metal in the center) into smaller size flakes. Then those smaller size flakes will be feeding into tire grinding line for much more smaller size,finally you can get crumb rubber as raw material to produce new rubber products
Please kindly be noted that we only produce waste tire pre shredder,normally we use double shaft shredder or four shaft shredder (refer to illustation below). The teeth number, diameter and the thickness of the blade is decided to the crushing material and the discharging size,the machine capacity is decided to the different crushing material and the discharging size

1. Lead time - 48 working days
2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the contract,70% balance payment before delivery.
3. Machine Installation
- a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
- b. If necessary we also support abroad installation
4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.

- Call or email confirm back to client on the day when deposit arrive at our company
- Updated production process every week or per clients' request (offer semi machine photos,videos) etc
- Inform clients at least 1 week ahead before the machine fully finished, make sure clients have time for arrange balance payment
- Offer testing videos,machine photos or support clients inspect machine themselves, after clients confirm all ok then transfer balance payment,during the same time prepare for the shipment
- Offer machine loading photos and videos,container seal and bill of loading.
- Inform Clients date of vessel departure and estimated date of vessel arrival
