J-1600B Industrial scrap foam shredder / Cotton Crusher machine use rotating twisted knives design.It's totally different from the traditional reciprocation straight knife board. It adopts the application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife,continuous high-speed shear.(refer to photo below)
- a. The materials feed in via input belt or feeding hopper
- b. moving knives rotating in very high speed and with same cutting principle as the shear the moving knife and stationary knives working together to achieve the cutting purpose.
- c. The crushed materials come out from the screen, we customize hole size of screen base on clients' crushing demand,if the materials large than the needed size,it'll back to cutting room & repeatedly chopping until it reduce to the needed size.Then it'll drop out from the screen to receipt bag or out belt. For very small and light materials, we use fan device to adsorb the final materials & adopt dust-collect device.In a word, we use different design and configuration for meeting each crushing demand,one standard model can not fit all demand.

1. Lead time - 7-25 working days
2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the contract,70% balance payment before delivery.(other payment term is also negotiable
3. Machine Installation
- a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
- b. If necessary we also support abroad installation
4. Warranty - Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
