Joful industrial waste mattress shredder machine with very mature technology for we have more than 15 years design and manufacturing experience on blade & cutters. Besides shredding waste mattress ,pillow,quilt,, plastic film, pipe and rubber products, it can also cut jumbo bags,non-woven & woven bag, fiber, paper, wood and some parts of electrical equipment. Such as wasted junks in the die, drum / buckets and splints of the fork lift truck.
We have different sizes & configuration shredder machines,normally we do not recommend standard model to clients. Instead we learn the material ,capacity and output size request from each clients, this way we can recommend most suitable machine to clients directly.More accurate and more efficient.

2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the contract,70% balance payment before delivery.

- a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
- b. If necessary we also support abroad installation
4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
