Joful MSW Shredder is the commonly waste shredder and can satisfy different industries' recycling needs. It is used to shred many kinds of waste materials,such as municipal solid waste,MSW, drum,electronic waste, hard plastic, metal, wood, rubber, packing barrel, plastic pallet, etc. After shredding, the material can be recycled directly or keep reducing the size.
For shredding wood pallets,we recommend double shaft shredder or four shaft shredder . Both of them can support one piece after one piece pallet feeding and shredding & many pieces together feeding and shredding. The claw number, diameter and the thickness of the blade is decided to the crushing material and the discharging size , the machine capacity is decided to the different crushing material and the discharging size and different capacity demand can be customizable. Normally for shredding wood pallets we also equipped shredder with magnetic separation system as there are metal inside of pallets like nail. Those staff should be take out from the shredded wood so it can be recycling use no potential problem.

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
