The Joful waste tire shredder machine is used as pre shredder for shredding whole tire (with/without metal in the center) into smaller size rubber flakes. Then those smaller size flakes will be feeding into tire grinding line for much more smaller size,finally you can get crumb rubber as raw material to produce new rubber products
The double shaft waste tire shredder is designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor, giving it plenty of power to drive through tires and thick steel beads. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm(1”-6”) depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The shredder machine can process OTR tires, truck tires, and car tires at a rate of up to 20 tons per hour.

And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
