The Joful Scrap Metal Shredder Machine is specially designed for shred thick/hard materials. It can shred scrap metal with thickness within 10mm. For shredding the gas cylinder there's one thing you specially need to take care is that the gas cylinder must be open hole before they be transferred into shredder machine, otherwise it will cause explosion problem.
The capacity of machine is customizable ,the claw number, diameter and the thickness of the blade is decided by the material and it's discharging size. The machine capacity is decided to the different crushing material and the discharging size.
We choose different brand & power motors and reducer base on the materials you need to shred & capacity request. And we design the diameter&thickness of blade ,as well as the craws on blade base on your requirement on discharging material size . - a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
- b. If necessary we also support abroad installation
4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
