• Both the double shaft and four shaft shredder with customizable capacity,the final size will be bigger than the size from rotating twisted knife crusher. If your foam scraps is big size or very thick type, then this two design shredder will be suitable for you. 
• Besides shred the soft type materials, this 2 types shredder can also shred rigid materials (like PET bottles,aluminum cans,plastic etc) and baled type soft materials ( like baled film, baled papers / bags,clothes,textile scraps ...) & baled type rigid materials (baled cardboard,pet bottles,aluminum cans ...)

• The rotating twisted knife crusher is features with customizable capacity,and uniform discharge size ,very small final size (minimum can be around 1mm )and economic cost, this type crusher is suitable for crushing irregular shape foam scraps.
• Besides the foam scraps,it also can crush other soft type materials,like waste clothes,textile scraps,shoe edges , fibers,thread,papers etc. But the Rotating twisted knife crusher not suitable for crushing baled woven bags as well as other baled type soft materials.

The design ,size and configuration of machines are different base on different shredding demands. Therefore,before we could offer quotation,we need to know your detailed shred demand,like which material you need to shred ? capacity demand per hour ? as well as final size request.

2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the contract,70% balance payment before delivery.
3. Machine Installation

• a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
• b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
