Normally for single shaft shredder, the blade diameter is between 200mm-500mm, thickness between 20mm-55mm, the hole is mostly hexagonal, can also be made according to client demand,like octagonal or circular . There are two ways for quenching,which are salt bath furnace quenching and Vacuum furnace quenching,so can guarantee hardness of variety blades meet requirement.
