Machine components & Cutting Processing
* Normal four parts: Input/output belt, main cutting machine (with/without screen), sharpening device
* Can also add fan device, dusty removal, metal detector, granulation equipment
The materials feeding the machine through input belt, crushing in the shredding chamber, it will keep cutting inside till the pieces size smaller than screen size

We supply blades sharpening device, sharpeining it when blades getting blunt, do not need remove the blades.
* Blades lifespan
Depend on what materials you need to cut, and daily working hours, generally 12-24 months, can be replaceable
* Payment
Amount below 10,000USD, 40% deposit, 60% balance before shipping, above 10,000USD, 30% deposit, 70% balance
* Guarantee
Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price
