Description About The Fiber Cutting Machine

Design & Working Principle

The fiber cutting machine adopt rotating twisted knives, native to the abolition of the traditional reciprocating straight knife board, the application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear, just like a big scissors, power saving and high efficiency
The discharge port use detachable screen parts, screen hole size can be customized according to your final size request, it will keep cutting inside till the final size meet the screen request then output belt transport the cutting pieces

Machine Components

* Normally four parts: Main machine, Input belt, Output belt, Blades sharpening device, Customized mesh screen

* Can also add other parts per client's request, such like: Dusty removal device, Fan device, Metal detector, Opener machine device, sorting machine, spare blades etc
