Take our biggest model for example, blades length 1200mm, 8 pcs rotary bades, 2 pcs stationary blades, each rotating means 16 time cutting (with 1200mm length blades), one minute is around 4800 times cutting, the input conveyor speed can be adjustable, hourly capacity can reach 10 tons, if the machine is fully feeding

Install * Complete machine delivery, only need install the conveyor belt and connect the power cord will be ok, we offer installation instructions, drawing and videos, easy for your install by yourself * if clients request,we will also support assign engineer abroad do the installation and training your staffs

Maintenance Tips * Place the machine on a open and flat ground, avoid tilting * Pleas running the empty machine for more than 30 minutes, to check if every parts running well * Sharpening the knives according to our suggestion * Avoid metal and other solid materials, that may damage the cutting blades * Do not try to repair the machine yourself, if any problems comes up, please contact us firstly, we will solve your problem in the first time * If the wearing cutting blades are broken, please contact us to get the new blades and replace on
