- Different from regular shredder/crusher machine in the market, Joful J series cutting machine is designed especially for soft type materials recycling cutting
- The regular shredder machine is to tear up the materials, our cutting machine is to cut the materials, like a scissors, with its sharp blades high speed rotating cutting, this is more suitable for the fiber materials
- Adopt rotating twisted the knives, native to the abolition of the traditional reciprocating straight knife board,the application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife,continuous high-speed shear (see the below blades samples)
- Take the model 2400F for examples, there is 2 pcs stationary blades, 8 pcs rotary blades, rotary blades is around 300 rpm, it means totally 4800 times cutting in one minute, with 1200mm length blades, according to old client feedbacks, the maximum hourly capacity reach 8 tons

Maintenance Tips
| Sharpening the blades according to our suggestion, replace the blades when it wear out, we have spare blades supply |
| Avoid metal and other solid materials, that may hurt the blades |
| Put the machine on a flat and open ground, avoid tilt |
| Running the empty machine for 30 minutes after installation, to check if every parts running smooth |
| Do not try to fix the machine yourself, if any problem happened, please contact us, we will solve your problem in the first time |
