Blades Working Principles & Maintenance
| The working principle is like a scissors, adopt with rotating twisted knife design, with application of international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife, continuous high-speed shear (see below blades samples) |
| The discharge port is designed with removable sieve mesh, mesh size can be customized, totally meet your different and uniform discharge size request |
| We can also equipped the cutting machine with motor fan device, dust removal device, opening to fiber and sorting device if you needed |
| The machine is equipped with automatic sharpening device, sharpening the blades when its getting dull will be ok, and replace it when its wearing out, no other specially maintenance tips needed (see blades sharpening device sample as below) |
