PUHUA offers a wide variety of wheel blast equipment in several configurations. Mesh belt machines have become one of the more popular systems. A key advantage with a mesh belt machine is that the parts are exposed to the blast wheels from above and below. Nearly complete coverage is achieved without the necessity of re-orienting the parts given they are transported on a wire mesh belt.In-line unit type,parts are placed on an endless wire mesh belt and conveyed through a tunnel with multiple blast wheels. Parts can either be manually or automatically loaded and unloaded depending on your process requirements. It is good candidates for parts where part on part impingement is unacceptable.
