1. Electrical system:
■Electrical Cabinet under the standard of IP65, Electrical under international CE Standard, safe and reliable, strong anti interference capability..
■ Protective fence and the safety interlock to ensure the operation safety. Have a movable single-hand pedal switch,easy to operate.
■ Front Side Covers with safety switches, Back light safety guards (Category-4) ,Foot pedal conforming to CE regulation.
2. Hydraulic System:
■A complete electrolyte servo synchro NC controlled press brake.Close loop electro-hydraulic servo-control system,the most advanced.
■Hydraulic system is from Bosch,Germany,a full loop electric-hydraulic proportional servo control By Bosch – Rexroth from Germany.
■ All seals in cylinder is PARKER from USA,Being able to work under rated load continuously,stable working and high precision.
■ The hydraulic system is made in compliance with current regulations (Directive 98/37 EC).
3. ESTUN E21NC System
■ The ESTUN E21scontrol provides a complete solution for conventional shearing machine applications.
■ In view of characteristics of shearing machine, photoelectric encoder is equipped to display position of back gauge and dead block.
■ Special functions like one side positioning display and spindle allowance offset are available to ensure unity for displayed position and actual position of back gauge.
■ Integrated with time replay, soft limit switch and power down position memorization function, E21 provides a high cost performance.
