Working Principle

The suspension enters the drum through the feed pipe and the spiral discharge port. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation, the solid particles, with a larger specific gravity, are deposited on the inner wall of the drum, and continuously scraped and pushed out of the slag discharge port by the spiral blades that move relative to the drum. The separated clear liquid flows out of the drum through the opening of the liquid layer regulating plate. The relative movement between the screw and the drum, that is, the differential speed is realized by the differential, and its size is controlled by the auxiliary motor.
