DHSY separator is a liquid-liquid-solid separator that is of high speed, stable, hermetic, efficient and fully automated. All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, can effectively minimize chemical reaction between the materials to be separated and part surface contacted. The separated light and heavy phase materials will be output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes. This machine is fed upper, so it has very low inlet pressure for materials. The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, power is transmitted by liquid, so it can step up steadily and have overload protection.

The residue-extraction of slide piston is controlled by computer and PLC, is highly automated, adaptive to change in process, easy to adjust, and can greatly reduce the operation labor of workers.
