Product Description
Metal mesh panel air filter is a kind of primary efficiency air filter which uses multilayer expanded aluminum foil mesh or stainless steel textile mesh as the special material of the filter. It is formed into wavy shape by rotating and pressing. It is crossed and overlapped with each other at the right angle. When the air passes through the mesh, it changes the flow direction many times. It is arranged from coarse to fine with different density and aperture, so that the intermediate can produce static electricity. It can achieve low resistance to the air flow and increase the efficiency The dust collection capacity and efficiency are also improved.
Both aluminum foil mesh and stainless steel textile mesh are safe, firm, high temperature resistant, and easy to clean and maintain. Long term use can reduce the use cost of the whole air filter.
Mainly used for removing moisture and oil, pre-filtration of ventilation systems, air conditioning systems and dust removal systems in high fire protection requirements and high temperature environments.
