For glass-fiber kind of filter cartridges, available sizes are: 25[40], 35[50], 52[70], 63[80], 75[80, 96], 83[96], brackets figure shows the finished product filter thickness.

Detailed Information

1. Waviness of pleat block along length be kept to a minimum
2. Pleat blocks are much more flat
3. Minimum pleat height is 8mm, maximum height is 80mm
4. Glue beads runs the length of the element
5. Normal distance between two glue beads of the element is 50.8mm(adjustable according to requirement)

6. High efficiency with very low pressure drop e.g. per H13 grade, HEPA with our material, pressure drop only about 1/9 to fiberglass media
