DESCRIPTION
The JaourTak ® 2009C is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for Baby wipes Cap. It is water white transparent in color. The product is featured good ageing performance ,higher tack and peel, good wetting to substrates .

OPERATING GUIDES
Applied by slot die or roll coating hot melt applicators are suggested . Operation temperature is 150 – 180 0C for both.

The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 36 months, from the date of manufacturer , in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35 0°C and above 5 °C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
The material is applied hot. Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
