Usage Guidelines
Operating Parameters
- Recommended operating temperature range: 140°C - 175°C
- Viscosity can be adjusted by temperature control during coating
- Do not mix with other types of hot melt adhesive
- Close adhesive slot lid after filling to prevent contamination
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and clear adhesive melting box regularly
- Control cleaning temperature under 150°C
- Empty all remaining adhesive before adding new material
- Turn off equipment when not in use
Safety Precautions
- Wear protective clothing, eye protection, and gloves due to high operating temperatures
