Application Guidelines
Usage Instructions
- Recommended operating temperature: 150°C-175°C
- Application methods: slot or roll coating
- Substrates, release paper, and application environment affect adhesion performance - trial use recommended
- Ensure substrates and release paper are free from dust and oil
- Substrates should be conditioned under standard temperature and humidity
- Do not mix with other types of hot melt adhesive
- Close lid of rubber slot after filling to prevent contamination
Cleaning Procedures
- Maintain clean equipment and clear adhesive melting box regularly
- Control temperature under 150°C during cleaning
- Empty all remaining adhesive before adding new material
- Turn off equipment when not in use

- Wear protective clothing, eye protection, and gloves due to high operating temperatures
