- Recommended application temperature: 150-180°C

- Substrates must be clean, dry, and free of dust and oil
- Condition substrates at standard temperature and humidity
Ensure substrates and release paper are free from dust, oil, and contamination. Proper surface conditioning under standard temperature and humidity conditions is essential for optimal adhesion performance.
- Wear safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing during application
- Do not mix with other adhesives
- Keep glue tank covered to prevent contamination
- Use appropriate cleaning procedures for equipment maintenance
- Remove adhesive with wood shovel before complete cooling
- Clean surfaces with adhesive detergent
- Clean applicators with mineral oil at 120°C, followed by hot melt purging
