Application Guidelines
Operating Parameters
- Recommended operating temperature: 140°C-175°C
- Compatible with all types of spray and slot applicators
- Viscosity can be adjusted by temperature control during coating
- Do not mix with other types of hot melt adhesives
Equipment Maintenance
- Clean equipment regularly to maintain optimal performance
- Control adhesive melting box temperature under 150°C during cleaning
- Empty all remaining adhesive before adding new material
- For carbon residue in rubber box or pipe, consult manufacturer or clean with mineral oil under 120°C
Safety & Handling
Due to high operating temperatures, operators must wear protective clothing, safety glasses, and heat-resistant gloves during application. Always close the lid of the rubber slot after filling to prevent contamination from external impurities.

Available in 1kg sausage packs wrapped with meltable film or 25kg/box configuration. Standard packaging: 6.25kg/block with 4 blocks per 25kg carton (carton dimensions: 535×257×228mm).
