Product Overview
This synthetic rubber-based hot melt adhesive is specifically developed for construction, elastic, and positioning applications in nonwoven disposables. The product features low odor and light color with excellent machinability, providing superior penetration and wettability to various substrates, high green tack, and strong bond strength.

Application Guidelines
- Suggested operation temperature: 150°C-180°C
- Application methods: slot or roll coating
- Substrates, release paper and application environment affect adhesion performance - trial use recommended
- Ensure substrates and release paper are free from dust and oil
- Substrates should be well conditioned under standard temperature and humidity
Operating Parameters
The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130-160°C depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging: 6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box
- Shelf Life: 24 months from manufacture date when stored in original packages
- Storage Conditions: Dry, clean environment at ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C
- Prevent direct sunlight and moisture condensation
- Rotate stocks and use oldest stock first
Safety Precautions
- Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination
- Material is applied hot - wear appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection
- Ensure adequate ventilation to remove any vapors or fumes generated
