MegaMelt® 9001 is widely used in automotive interiors for bonding applications including automotive headlining and interior accessories. Specifically designed for nonwoven tape manufacturing with excellent substrate compatibility.
Compatible with slot or roll coating applicators. Recommended operation temperature range: 150-180℃, adjustable based on machine specifications, substrates, and plant conditions.
This product complies with FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation 21 CFR 175.105 "Adhesives" for safe industrial use.
Available in 6.25kg or 1kg blocks wrapped with siliconized release paper, packaged 25kg per box. Contact sales representatives for custom packaging requirements.
Store intact packaging indoors for 24 months from manufacturing date. Maintain original packaging in dry, clean conditions at ambient temperatures between 5℃ and 35℃. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture condensation.
