The SSHMY-T Series stainless steel rod ends combine a PTFE-lined steel race design with a step shank and shouldered ball configuration, delivering unmatched load capacity and misalignment tolerance in corrosive, cleanroom, or food-grade environments. Engineered for high-precision motion control, the heat-treated 440C stainless steel ball and 17-4 stainless steel body/raceway ensure extreme durability and resistance to chemicals, moisture, and sterilization.The integrated step shank eliminates spacer requirements while enhancing structural rigidity. A permanently bonded PTFE liner minimizes friction, enabling self-lubrication, low particulate generation, and maintenance-free operation—ideal for pharmaceutical automation, semiconductor manufacturing, and food processing machinery. Available in right/left-handed threads for flexible installation.
