Compared to SUS Adjustable Concealed Hinge, BG010 is made by Casting Zinc alloy, the weight loading is less than SUS ones. it mainly be used for light duty wooden doors or PVC Aluminum doors, and the cost is much less too. So customer can choose according to your door size and weight. If your door is not too heavy and wide, BG010 is your better choice.
Our Adjustable Concealed Door Hinge BG010 is for use in metal or wood applications, and it is universal for right&left open doors. This hinge has been tested by 100,000 times on open&close(weight loading 80 kgs/2 pcs). Usually we suggest to install 3 pcs of hinges/door. door size: Minimum thickness 40mm, Max width 1000mm, max height 2000mm. If the door height is more than 2100, please use 4 hinges.
