Features

(1) This machine is the equipment which is developed by RADAR exclusively on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign ( carbonated) can filling and sealing machines (sealing machines).
(2) Using isobaric filling principle,after empty cans enter the lift tray through steel wheel,filling valves will be aligned with empty cans,and then cans are raised and sealed.
(3) At the same time,automatically open valve outlet of filling valves when filling liquid surface reaches vale return air outlet,stopping filling.
(4) Filled cans are delivered to sealing machine heads by hook chains,caps are delivered to mouth of cans by cap loader and squeeze head,when the lift tray rises,squeeze head impacts mouth of cans,sealing wheal has pre-sealing and second sealing.Cans are sealed and then launched ,entering conveyor.
(5) Main electrical components use SIEMENS PLC, DELTA inverter and OMRON proximity switches.
