Description:

Automatic drinking water bottling machine is used in the beverage filling operations.The three functions of bottle washing,filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine.The whole process is automatic.It is suitable for cooling/heating all kinds of bottled or canned hot beverage and carbonated beverage . The machine adopts multi-section processing mode such hot water circulating spray sterilization, warm water pre-heating and cold water cooling. The sterilizing temperature and time can be freely adjusted. It is suitable for pasteurization of beverages packed by various pop cans, PET bottles and glass bottles.

Feature:

1. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damagining the surface of caps,and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank,an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.

2. The soft drink filling machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine.The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically.

3. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not avaliable,the machine can be stopped automatically.

Accessories which contact with material are all made of stainless steel, no dead angles and easy to clean up.

1). Replacement between CO2 and O2 ensure almost no O2 in bottle, long filling pipe reduce O2 content to null.

2). Valve on-off system is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which starts on bottle signals.

3). High-speed and highly accurate bottling valves ensure no loss of liquid at high speed.

4). Equipped with CIP clean-in-place.
