1. This DCGF32-32-10 Soda water washing filling capping machine is automatic washing filling capping three in one machine. 2. Washing part is mainly composed of washing pump, bottle clamps, water distributor, up turn-plate, guide rail, protection cover, spraying device, defrosting tray, rinse water take and rinse water refluxing tank.

3. Filling part is mainly composed of filling barrel, filling valve (low temperature and isobar filling), filling pump, bottle hanging device / bottle pedestals, guide rail, elevating device, liquid indicator, pressure gauge, pressure regulator, etc.

4. Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.

1. We recommend you the complete automatic RFCC32-32-10 model, with 32 rinsing head, 32 filling head, 10 capping head; and its stable capacity can reach to 6000-8000 bottles per hour(glass bottle-330ml).

2. If each kind bottle neck diameter and cap is same, the bottle volume can be changed in one filling machine, with replacement for small bottle volume from 250ml to 1500ml; and the replacement process is very easy, with one of workers just 30min will finish all the job.
