Totally enclosed monobloc (rinser, filler for hot liquid and capper) is used for juice and tea drink with PET bottle and its production capacity is 2000-20000BPH. It is controlled by PLC, MML and frequency conversion, and equipped with filling temperature control system and CIP automatic cleaning system. Adopt low vacuum filling type to meet the technical requirement of various kinds of juice and tea drink.
Advanced design:
1. All bearing blocks are adopting 3 bearings (2 deep groove ball bearings and 1 thrust bearing). This type of bearing design can make sure the smooth running of all bearing blocks, make sure both horizontal and vertical applied force can play the advantage of all bearings. All bearings have drain board and oil seal, so each greasing pipe can grease directly to the pointed bearing, to extend bearings’ lifetime efficiently.
2. Rinsing part’s water distributor adopts 6 springs as applied force, it’s more balanced than the older 1-spring-type, avoids water distributor from leaking.
3. Filling part adopts pressure filling method to realize high speed and stable filling. Filling part is made of operating valve and filling valve. When reaches certain filling level, operating valve will close to ensure the accuracy of liquid level and no water spray under high pressure. In this way, we solved problem of filling level precision and water spray caused by high pressure.
4. Metal screw capping head is our company’s patented product. According to design of glass bottle and metal screw cap, capping head does reverse-capping when cap is above bottle, so it can point correctly to the threaded inlet, then do forward-capping to tighten caps. Forward and Reverse capping has it’s separate lifting curve, due to the difference of force, it also applies different springs.
Additional bottle holding structure can avoid bottle from moving during capping process, which greatly improves screwing qualification yield.
Total height of capping head is 110mm, this design ensures strength and alignment, guarantees the maximum balance of torsion. Easier modify of torsion also multiple increase qualification ratio.
5. Each components of this filling machine can adjust its height individually, unique design greatly improves the convenience of adjustment and strength, make sure bottles can run smooth in high speed. Main engineer has clutch protection device, anyplace occurs default, whole machine will stop immediately, make sure default won’t do any damage to filling machine.
6. Automatic oil greasing system is a very important components of our filling machine. The oil distributor can distribute oil exactly according to bearings size and model, complete system is controlled by PLC’s User Interface, you can modify oil greasing amount according to real operating situation also.
