2. Function:

Automatic plastic cap forming machine The main system profile >> skirt bronzing system: the machine is equipped with automatic bronzing system can be continuously in the PVC heat shrinkable film and aluminum-plastic composite materials for hot stamping exquisite designs and text, Material using synchronous motor control.
>> Drawing system: The machine is equipped with drawing automatic paste device, wire drawing material using stepper motor control, the width of 1mm-10mm adjustable.
>> Top Hot Stamping System: This machine is equipped with automatic hot stamping system for top cover. Stepper motor control is adopted for hot stamping. The top cover can be embossed with concave pattern with the same pattern as hot stamping, Protruding outside.
>> Pneumatic gasket at the top Punch system: This machine is equipped with a gasket system installed on the top. The gasket adopts the stepper motor control to take the material and the pneumatic die can accurately send the gasket to the center position.
