-40℃ Rubber O Rings
Chemical Resistant Red Rubber O Rings
1. What are rubber o rings used for?
O rings are used to block a path which may otherwise allow a liquid or a gas to escape. The o ring is placed into a groove to secure them in place, and then compressed between two surfaces.
2. How is an O ring measured?
O-rings are measured in millimeters. Use a ruler or calipers to measure from one inner edge to another. To measure the outside diameter, use a ruler or calipers to measure from one outer corner of the O-ring to the other outer corner. Measure cross section. Place the O-ring into a vernier caliper.
