Burgeon outdoor bleacher consist of aluminum bench, aluminum bleacher, angle frame bleacher, demountable bleacher and I beam bleacher which give client different options.

Burgeon Sport’s Portable Aluminum Bleacher’s tip and roll way is for easy storage. It is a ideal solution to meet client’s auxiliary seating needs. After event or match, the Portable Aluminum Bleacher is easily tipped up onto its swivel casters for movement and the caster brakes keep the bleacher from rolling when stored. All Portable Aluminum Bleachers include non-marking rubber foot pads to protect wood flooring. The aluminum understructure/frame reduces weight for easier lifting.

Specification

1) Understructure

• Frame : Prefabricated 50*5mm aluminum angle joined by means of aluminum angle   cross bracing. Each frame shall be unit-welded, using metal inert gas method to form into trapezium shape.
• Bracing : Adopt 40*5mm aluminum angle cross & horizontal bracing.
• Hardware : Stainless bolts and nuts; Anodized Aluminum Alloy Cramp Bracket
• Foot Pad : Non-marking rubber foot pads to protect wood floors.
• Swivel Caster : 2*4” swivel casters for each frame for movement and caster brakeskeep the bleacher from rolling when stored.

2) Decking & Accessories

• Chief Deck : 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Foot Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance.
• Vice Deck : 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Foot Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance. (Double Foot Planks)
• Cramp Bracket : Anodized Aluminum Alloy Cramp Bracket

3) Seat Option

Aluminum Seat Plank : 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Seat Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance. (Polymer Echo Seats are available)
