Description

The nose mounted retractable grandstands belongs to Burgeon Melody Polymer Seat system. It is one of the most popular seats which are available from our diverse range of seating. It will give you all the flexible options, low maintenance and long-life quality you need to help ensure the success of your program.

1) Seat Modules: 500mm spacing, below-molded, high density polyethylene modules in mono tone colors provided with a scuff resistant textured.

2) Chair Operation: The seat, back and arm rotate together into the upright position. The result is an extremely small and neat closed envelop with a narrow depth. This is to create wide safe walkways and allows maximum use of space.

3) Chair System: Beam-mounted design, consisting of chairs independently mounted and armrests independently mounted to transverse beam. Top of support arms shall be designed to capture and secure the beam in place.

Platform Type

1) Portable Unit

Smaller Retractable Seating System allows you to easily move and store bleachers where you want them. Create any number of custom seating layouts for different events. Units may be equipped with Top Row Brake for extra safety and security. The retractable seating platforms, once retracted, can be lifted on Portable Dolly or Integrated Dolly then move to appointed store area.

2) Wall Attached Unit

The seating system are supplied from 3 to 30 tiers. It is extremely and efficiently recover floor space, allowing you to easily get the most out of your facilities at all time.

3) Travelling Unit

For some buidings, there are permanent large columns week loading rear wall, the freestanding units is the ideal solution.

Operation Way

1) Manual Operation

Operating Handles: Provide and install manual operating handles constructed of 19mm OD steel tubing. Handles to engage pull-bar installed at the first tier.

2) Power Operation

A. Integrated Power: Furnish and install an integral automatic electro-mechanical powered frame propulsion system, to open and close telescopic seating. Integral Power and Control System shall be CE stamped and tested.

B. Motion Monitor: Provide flashing light with self-contained warning horn mounted to the telescopic seating for audio and visual warning during integral power operation.

C. Electrical: Provide all wiring within seating bank including remote control device.

D.Electrical Switchboard and Enclosure: Provide a complete switchboard and enclosure with each seating bank.
