PES Hot Melt Adhesive Film Description:
PES hot melt adhesive film is typically applied to the back of an embroidery patch using a heat press or other similar equipment. The film is first cut to the desired shape and size and then placed onto the patch with the adhesive side facing down. Heat and pressure are then applied using a heat press, causing the adhesive to melt and bond with the fabric.
One of the advantages of PES hot melt adhesive film is its high bonding strength, which allows for a strong and durable bond between the patch and the fabric. It also offers good resistance to washing and dry cleaning, as well as to environmental factors such as heat and humidity.
