DTF Pet Film Description

Cautions
1. Tear-off method: cool tear or hot tear.
2. The printing film is a soft product. A slight stickiness on the surface is normal, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
3. Reasonably control the temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it will easily cause discoloration or decrease in elasticity

Yes, we can provide 2-3m 30cm/60cm width free sample, only need you to pay the shipping cost. 2-5sheets A3 and A4 We will make the sample within 1- 2 working days and it will take 3-7days on the transportation.
DTF Pet Film Application
When using DTF technology, the design is printed onto the DTF film using a specialized printer and ink. After the printing is complete, the film is placed on the fabric with the design facing down. Heat and pressure are applied to transfer the ink from the film onto the fabric, resulting in a vibrant and durable print.
Once the design is printed on the DTF film, it is placed onto the target material, such as fabric or plastic. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine or similar equipment. The heat activates the adhesive layer on the film, causing the ink to transfer from the film onto the material.
