Hot Melt Film Glue Description
1. PES hot melt film, also known as polyester hot melt film, is another type of thermoplastic adhesive film that is commonly used in the textile, garment, and footwear industries.
2. PES hot melt adhesive has excellent adhesion to textile products, PVC, PC.This product is resistant to dry cleaning and 40℃ washing.
3. PES hot melt adhesive film can be applied using heat and pressure. It can be activated using a heat press, hot air gun, or specialized laminating equipment. The film is placed between the substrates to be bonded, and heat is applied to melt the adhesive, followed by the application of pressure to ensure proper adhesion.
4. PES hot melt film is widely used in applications such as seam sealing, hemming, and bonding of fabrics and other materials.

Pes Hot Melt Film Glue Condition
1.The temperature is 20-30℃, the humidity is 45-55%, there is no ultraviolet light, and it is protected from light (light protection includes light and natural light) to avoid long-term contact with the air.
2. Polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder is easy to cause agglomeration under high temperature and pressure. Agglomeration is found during use, and it is filtered through a screen mesh.
3.The stacking strength of materials should not be too large, and the stacking height should be moderate.
