DTF Hot Melt Powder Description
DTF Powder Product model: DS220
Material Composition: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is made from thermoplastic polyurethane, which is a versatile polymer known for its excellent bonding properties.
Activation by Heat: The adhesive powder is applied to the DTF film as a powder layer. When heat is applied during the printing process, the powder melts and becomes adhesive, bonding the DTF film to the fabric.
Adhesion Properties: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder provides strong adhesion between the DTF film and the fabric. It forms a durable bond that withstands washing and maintains the integrity of the print.
