DTF Hot Melt Powder Description
DTF Powder Product model: DS220
Composition: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is made from thermoplastic polyurethane, which is a synthetic polymer known for its excellent adhesive properties. It is formulated into a powdered form for easy application and activation during the heat transfer process.
Adhesive Activation: The hot melt adhesive powder is designed to melt and become adhesive when exposed to heat and pressure. During the heat press process, the adhesive powder liquefies and creates a bond between the printed design on the DTF film and the fabric surface.
Application Process: After printing the design onto the DTF film, the DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is applied over the printed area. This can be done by sprinkling or sifting the powder evenly onto the film, ensuring complete coverage of the design.
