Composition: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is primarily composed of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). TPU is a synthetic polymer known for its excellent adhesive properties and flexibility.
Form: DTF TPU hot melt adhesive powder is typically available in a powdered form. The powder particles are fine and consistent, allowing for easy application and even coverage.
Activation: The adhesive powder is activated by heat and pressure during the DTF printing process. When exposed to the appropriate temperature, the powder melts and becomes adhesive, forming a bond between the printed design and the fabric.
Application Process: After printing the design onto the DTF film, the adhesive powder is applied to the printed area. This can be done by sprinkling or sifting the powder evenly over the design, ensuring complete coverage.
