Application Process: The application of DTF Adhesive Powder typically involves a multi-step process. After printing the design onto the DTF Transfer Film using DTF ink, the adhesive powder is evenly sprinkled or applied onto the printed design. The excess powder is then shaken off or removed, leaving a thin, even layer of adhesive on the printed surface.
Activation: The activation of DTF Adhesive Powder occurs during the heat transfer process. The DTF Transfer Film with the printed design and adhesive powder is placed onto the fabric, and heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine. The heat causes the adhesive powder to melt and bond with the fabric, securing the ink to the textile fibers.
Adhesive Properties: DTF Adhesive Powder is formulated to provide strong adhesive properties, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting bond between the printed design and the fabric. The adhesive helps to prevent the design from shifting or smudging during the transfer process, resulting in sharp and precise prints.
