DTF Hot Melt Powder is specifically engineered for direct-to-film printing applications, providing excellent adhesion and flexibility for various fabric types.
Application Process
Application on Transfer Film: DTF TPU adhesive powder is applied to the printed design on the transfer film after the design has been printed using DTF inks. The powder is evenly distributed over the design area to ensure proper adhesion.
Activation by Heat and Pressure: The transfer film with the printed design and TPU adhesive powder is placed on top of the substrate, such as fabric or textile. Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press machine. The heat activates the TPU adhesive powder, causing it to melt and become adhesive, while the pressure ensures a strong bond between the design and the substrate.
Bonding Process: As the TPU adhesive powder melts under heat, it forms a durable bond between the design on the transfer film and the substrate. This bond ensures that the design is securely transferred onto the substrate.
