This double-layer hot melt adhesive film features a unique self-adhesive function. One layer consists of hot melt adhesive (non-sticky at room temperature, requires heat activation), while the other layer contains pressure-sensitive adhesive (self-adhesive at room temperature, protected by release paper). The pressure-sensitive layer provides excellent initial tack and can be peeled and repositioned repeatedly without leaving residue. It maintains adhesion performance under temperatures below 150°C, meeting various application requirements.
DS019YKL-4 is primarily used for rhinestone/diamond heat transfer, hot-fix decoration, garment embellishment, and shoe decoration applications. It is suitable for bonding rhinestones, crystals, and decorative elements onto textiles, footwear materials, and other surfaces.
