DTF transfer powder is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt adhesive. It features a soft feel, good resilience, stretchability, and excellent low-temperature processability with superior adhesion to textiles.
DS220 is used in textile and garment heat transfer printing, heat transfer pastes, flocking pastes, and bronzing pastes.

1. Bonding temperature and pressure as well as the time involved affect the strength of the film to material. Bonding temperature must be close to the machine set temperature, the pressure must be uniform, and mold and pressure roller must be flat.
