Description:

This kind of  Armature Winding Machine is used for the big rotor armature below 3000KGS

Technical parameter:

1. Power of the main winding spindle of the rotor winder:

22KW, total power of the others 4KW, totally 26KW.

2. Rotor winding machine's main winding spindle provides output:

torque 6000 N*m. Main spindle bears rotor weight up to 3000KG.

3. The winding machine achieves the back to zero, positioning, variable

speed winding by the main winding spindle. The main spindle

is operated by a foot switch for positive and negative rotation.

Frequency conversion speed regulation 0~12 RPM.

4. The maximum winding electromagnetic wire (enameled copper wire)

section is 9.5mm×3.5mm.

5. Maximum force of the constant tension is 80kg, adjustable during

1~80kg.

6. Japanese Mitsubishi series PLC, servo motor and man-machine

control touch screen are adopted. All the parameters are input,

adjusted and saved through the touch screen, more than 300 sets of

parameters can be stored.

7. The machine is controlled by the man-machine interface touch

screen PLC during winding. The ball guide has a light and correct

displacement and is composed of an automatic wiring winding

machine with other winding parts.

8. The maximum length of the rotor is 1500mm, the

maximum diameter of the rotor is 700mm and the

maximum load of the rotor is 3 tons.
